Hasta ahora todo parece esta funcionando bien y es posible que continuemos abriendo el servidor en ocasiones. Como sacar el Arco del Phantom

Con la ultima expansión de BF4 surge un arco secreto que puedes sacar pero es algo complejo por ser un artefacto phantom. Aquí una instrucciones de cada cosa que deberás hacer. Espero que les sea útil.

Battlefield hardline ha sido movido para el 2015 (yes). Las razones son para mejor campaña, mejor estabilidad en multipleyer, e innovacion en multiplayer. Creo que esto es una buena decisión ya que este año venían muchos juegos y era muy temprano para salir ya que bf4 todavía tiene dlcs planeados esto les dará mas tiempo que quede el juego mejor.

C4!

De quien es la culpa en BBC 1 y 2 el "recon" tenia el C4 luego el "support" en B3 y en B4 los dos. Quien es el pillo pues el "noob" no sabe pero quiere resolver esta situación.

Netcode

En este vídeo pueden ver la diferencia del la actualización del "netcode" que debe mejorar la experiencia "online" pronto pondré como activar esta opción.

Aquí esta un vídeo que se "leaked" de el nuevo BATTLEFIELD el tema es policías contra pillos. Cuidado por que según EA y DICE esto es de hace 6 meses atrás. Este BATTLEFIELD esta siendo echo por visceral los creadores de DEAD SPACE.

Rent a Server is on baby!!!!

The awaited Rent a server BF4 feature is now live. A few of us in the platoon have been talking of the possibility to rent one for the Dark Corsairs. I will be talking to the most active members to see if this materializes and reporting back here :) See ya' in the Battlefield!

New shiny updated in game Battlelog incoming

An update to the ingame interface for Battlelog is coming down the pipes (no date set yet) for all platforms. I got to hand it to the DICE guys they are working there buts off!! kudos to them.

New servers are LIVE!!

I personally gave it a go during my off day and they seem to be working like a charm. So we can go back to play the occasional conquest game with the full 64 players yay!!!

Bug discovered !!! *updated

Update: The Bug seems to have been fixed in a server update today 4/29/2014 according to a DICE blog post

A pretty bad bug has been discovered that creates a invisible shied after a player is killed in game. The good news is that DICE is already looking in to it, hopefully we will get an update to fix it along with that rubber banding ;/. It is good to know of this bug as it may explain some weird occurrences that you may have come across in the game. At least for me is not a game breaker but fingers are crossed for a quick fix.

Loadout Presets heading to BF4 April 8

This is a very welcome addition to the game for sure. Essentially you will have a space to configure a specific loadout for each class. Like for example having a few engineer presets, one for ground demolition and one for anti air and so on. Take a look at the details at the BF4 blog >> here

Think before you Rush

Wanted to share a bit of global strategies or maybe a better way of seeing it would be more like standard conduct that could better your game play and help the team. Our main mode is Rush and as the name implies it is a very intense game mode especially when the sh#$^ hits the fan haha!! This tend to provoke in a lot of players (me included) what some call Tunnel vision. Allow me to elaborate on this :)

In my time playing rush in BF I noticed that the key of being successful is to be aware of the current situation. Given this is not easy to do some times as the “situation” can change in a seconds notice, but with practice and coordination it certainly can be done.

To give a few example of this global technique:

-When we are on the attack and you need to get to a com station don't just rush to it ironically lol! try to determine where those defend points are (camping players) and try to neutralize them before you go plant the bomb.

-When defending, mind the ticket count so you know if you need to prioritize a com station at the end of the round. Sometimes one of the com stations need to be sacrificed in order to win the round.

- Use cover don't just run in the middle of the field. At every second mind you peripheral vision as much as possible don't let the central focus of your actions be arming or disarming the com stations, This is a priority yes, but how you do it is what will finally decide if you are successful at it or just get shot.

-Remember you got 30 seconds to disarm the bomb use that time to your best advantage. If you think you have the time check the surrounding to see if someone is camping the com station before you go disarming it.  

With this I think the general idea of this technique is well enough illustrated, the rest is just practice and that's up to you ;) hope this helps.

We Corsairs don't mind to much about stats as our main priority is fun! but we like to talk about them so we can see where we can better our self in the battlefield. Strategy Revamp

Hello Platoon!!

Here to bring you our first battle report in our new format :). We will start of with some strategy discussion. As many of us in the platoon are fans of the Bad Company series of the game one of our main game mode is rush. But the current situation with the higher player count in the new console is is making our old strategies obsolete and we need to develop a new way to operate.
 
Here is a short video I found that talks about those choke point that are very important to control. the video does not give a lot of advance tactics but it does illustrate the point that we need to concentrate in those specific places in the map. I hope to see you guys input on this and any other ideas you have regarding our Rush strategies.

Good news!! we have a Platoon as I'm sure you have notice by now. So remember to lvl up the platoon, there has to be 4 or more playing on the same server. So I expect you guys to Squad up :).
